Our ladders are crafted from premium solid hardwoods, including Red Oak, Maple, and Cherry. All hardware is constructed from high-grade steel with durable finishes like brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, and matte black.
Do you offer custom sizing for different ceiling heights?
Yes, we provide custom-length rails and ladder heights. We recommend measuring from the floor to the center of where the rail will be mounted to ensure a perfect fit for your space.
How long does shipping take for oversized items?
Due to the size and weight of our ladder kits, orders typically ship via freight within 7-10 business days. Transit time varies by location but generally takes an additional 3-5 days.
Is assembly and installation difficult?
Each kit includes a detailed installation guide. While assembly is straightforward, we recommend a two-person installation for the rail system to ensure it is securely mounted into wall studs.
What is your return policy for hardware and ladders?
We accept returns on standard hardware kits within 30 days of delivery. However, custom-cut rails and finished wood ladders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Can the ladders be used on both carpet and hard floors?
Our ladders come with non-marring rubber feet or optional wheels. They are designed to glide smoothly on hardwood, tile, and low-pile industrial carpets.
