  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, ensuring you include the packing slip inside your box.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully secure your items in their original protective wrap and box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
